After leaving school, I moved to Auckland from the Waikato to gain a Trade Qualification in the Automotive Industry. Four years later I moved to Wellington.

After spending a number of years in Wellington at Honda Cars Wellington, I relocated back to Auckland to take up the role of Customer Care Manager with Honda Cars North Shore. This time I brought with me my fiancée Sonia and daughter Carrie.

I spent several enjoyable years at Honda, but finally it was time for a change and new challenges so Sonia and I brought an Enzed Hydraulic Hose Dr franchise. A few years into the business I sustained a severe back injury which resulted in surgery. Due to the accident, we had to sell the business as I could no longer physically perform the daily duties required.

Luckily, I had a good Financial Adviser who had recommended a comprehensive risk insurance package, including Key Person Insurance Cover. Thanks Kevin!
After two years on claim and re-training to become a Financial Adviser, I have taken my brother’s advice and joined him as a Registered Financial Adviser based in Auckland. I have a real passion for helping people, ensuring that their family and businesses are covered should the unexpected happen - and it does happen - as I found out through personal experience.
